Your Role: Sr. Retention Specialist
Are you a problem-solver with a customer-first mindset As our Sr. Retention Specialist, you'll be the frontline champion in ensuring our customers stay satisfied, engaged, and loyal. By addressing concerns, offering tailored solutions, and enhancing their overall experience, you'll play a pivotal role in minimizing churn and maximizing customer lifetime value.
What You'll Do:
- Craft and implement retention strategies that delight customers and reduce churn.
- Proactively reach out to customers at risk, identify their pain points, and provide impactful solutions.
- Build strong, trust-filled relationships by deeply understanding customer needs.
- Handle cancellation requests with empathy and professionalism, presenting tailored offers to retain their business.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to products or processes.
- Collaborate across teamsmarketing, customer support, and salesto ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
- Leverage your knowledge of our products and promotions to provide accurate, compelling information.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven success in customer retention, sales, or a similar customer-focused roleespecially in eCommerce.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills to tackle challenges calmly and effectively.

- Familiarity with tools like CRM (Gorgias), Google Suite, Shopify, and Slack.
