Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the engineering design and/or construction industry with increasing responsibility in engineering and construction leadership with significant recent experience in a marine environment
- Engineering and/or leadership experience in KSA or wider Middle East
- Knowledge of construction management software, such as Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera P6 Professional
- Experience with construction project scheduling and budgeting
- Experience with managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Experience with construction safety and quality control
- Experience with contract administration
- Experience with leading and motivating teams
- Sustainable construction practices
- Lean construction principles
- Building information modeling (BIM)
- Dispute resolution

Requirements
Bachelors and/or Masters degree in engineering from a certified educational program
