As a Senior Research Analyst , you'll play a pivotal role in supporting business development activities by conducting thorough research, maintaining data integrity, and driving lead generation efforts that align with acquisition objectives. Your Role in the Bigger Picture

Shift: Night Shift, 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6AM EST (Weekends Off)

Master the Art of Insightful Research

• Proactively research and add new companies to CRM using Google and lead sourcing tools, in alignment with acquisition strategies.
  
• Maintain CRM data integrity by auditing records, eliminating duplicates, and ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
  
• Utilize tools like SourceScrub, Apollo, LinkedIn, and web searches to research new leads and update existing records.
  
• Support research tasks by preparing comprehensive presentations for internal and external meetings.
  
• Prepare conference lists by identifying relevant leads and accounts for industry events.
  
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using mail automation tools.
  
• Conduct data analysis in Excel, cross-referencing sources to identify trends and opportunities.
  
• Assist business development activities with research briefs, company overviews, and administrative tasks related to transaction processes.
  

Requirements

Your Skills Are the Currency of Success

• Bachelor's Degree
  
• 3+ years of experience in research, sales support, CRM management, or marketing
  
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, PivotTables)
  
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation tools
  
• Ability to work independently with limited instruction
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously
  
• Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities
  
• Integrity and commitment to high ethical standards
