At least 6 years experienced in full-cycle recruitment within the engineering or renewable industry.
- Passionate about making a difference and eager to advance in your career.
Proven success in a 360-recruitment role, ideally in an agency industry.- Outgoing, positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and innovate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
