About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the mining, oil and gas sector you are an expert in winning new clients, attracting candidates and building long term relationships. You are passionate about the industry you represent and driven to be the market leading trusted advisor. You are truly consultative and solutions focused and work with a high level of pride in all you achieve for your market place.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and attracting candidates via your extended and deep network, external job boards, LinkedIN and other social media channels
• Qualifying, shortlisting and interviewing suitable candidates for current and future requirements
• Identifying and progressing new business opportunities to create long term trusted partnerships
• A drive for meeting with clients to support their businesses strategic growth aspirations

Qualifications

A Bachelor's/college degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent

Required Skills

• Demonstrable success in recruitment agency background required
• Successful in achieving monthly and annual billing targets
• Strong network within the Philippines/Asia Mining, Oil and Gas sector
• A positive and driven mindset
• A passion for industry networking
• Proactive, engaging and professional approach
• Knowledge and understanding of recruitment systems
• Strong negotiation skills and numerical capability
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment process
