Position: Senior Recruiter (Lead level)

Average Salary: Open - depending on skills and expertise

Location: Remote (Philippines / Latin America)

Schedule: Monday to Friday - Flexible (Core working hours TBD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various eCommerce roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Leadership Role: Act as a player-coach by actively participating in recruiting activities while managing and mentoring junior recruiters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including managing a team, preferably in the eCommerce or Digital Marketing environment
  • Sourcing Expertise: Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills with a track record of successful placements
  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Global Knowledge: Familiarity with various verticals in Asia and Latin America, including, but not limited to eCommerce, Digital Marketing, IT, and support roles
  • International Sourcing: Strong international sourcing experience, particularly in LATAM, Eastern Europe, South Africa, Pakistan, India, and Africa
  • Client-Facing Experience: Exposure to US clients, with experience in presenting to and managing client expectations
  • Start-Up Expertise: Experience working with similar companies or stages and types of organizations
  • Smart and Resourceful: Demonstrates raw intelligence, creativity, and effectiveness in a resource-constrained environment
