Job Description:
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for domestic helper positions. This role involves face-to-face interactions with applicants in Manila.
The role is also required to maintain Facebook, TicTok, IG and other social medial operation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential domestic helper candidates in Manila.
- Screen and assess applicants qualifications, skills, and experience to match them with suitable job openings
- Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Create and post job descriptions for domestic helper positions
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations in the Philippines and Hong Kong
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the application process, including explaining job terms and conditions
- Collaborate with the Hong Kong office to understand client families needs and requirements[1].
- Organize and participate in job fairs to attract potential candidates
- Prepare daily reports on recruitment efforts and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in the domestic helper or staffing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and overseas employment regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
