We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in stone and marble works to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity take-offs, bill of quantities (BOQs), and joinery fit-out projects. Proficiency in using industry-leading software like PlanSwift or Bluebeam is essential.
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for stone and marble works, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare comprehensive BOQs, including pricing and cost analysis.
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.- Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on stone and marble works.
Proven track record in preparing accurate and detailed BOQs.- Proficiency in using PlanSwift or Bluebeam, or similar software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
