Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and controls the project accounting and job costing system to meet project requirements
- Prepares cost monitoring report or cost analysis, and monitors project budget as against actual expenses.
- Reviews plans and specifications related to the project.
- Prepares necessary take-off and cost estimates according project's scope of works
- Accounts, analyses and prepares report on material consumption based on the times delivered and issued at site as against those installed and billed
- Consolidates and evaluates accomplishment and cost reports vis--vis budget. Assists in the preparation of documents to support progress billing and accomplishment.
- Evaluates subcontractor's progress billing and accomplishment reports.
- Ensures the implementation of the quality objectives of the Department and project's compliance to the established/ documented procedures.
- Performs other technical and engineering duties that may be required from time to time.
