Qualifications:- 5 years above related work experience.
Graduate of Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer With background or experience with MEPF Works, planswift, Cadd
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares pre-bid estimate or costs estimates.- Prepares and consolidate full bid documents in coordination in Design and Project Management team.
Report procurement status to the QS Team Lead.
- Negotiates final price and contract terms with the contractor.
Aware on planned resources and planned schedule of all on-board contractors.
- Evaluate progress billing and prepares payment certificates.
Estimates cost impact of a Change Order.- Reconciliation of cost proposal from Project Manager's Instruction.
Conducts site inspections and monitoring of accomplishments with the Project Management Team.
- Contract Administration - ensure that all contract conditions are followed.
Able to do quantity takeoff, preferably on all trades ( Civil, Structural, Architectural )- Oversee the works of QS and ensure that it follows the Company/ Department standards.
