Job Qualifications:
- Graduate with bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
Licensed Chemist.- Preferably with at least 2 years experience in the Manufacturing industry.
Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
Job Description
- Support regular reporting system of QC current projects, weekly accomplishments, and roadblocks, and escalate concerns to Quality manager
Support in uplifting team's morale and maintaining positivity in achievement of goals (KPI's)- Assist in the implementation of systems/SOPs to increase quality and efficiency of the department.
Ensure that necessary records, facilities, equipment, supplies, production samples, and product standards are properly maintained (including inventory management).
- Work in conjunction with Quality management for budget preparations to acquire additional equipment as needed to ensure consistent quality standards in proper testing of materials and products.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that all regulatory requirements in inspection and controls are considered and complied with .- Assist in establishing new testing parameters needed to execute the quality control of products by practicing continuous improvement and continuous education plans.
Assist in expediting orders when necessary.
- Troubleshoot problems as required.
Direct staff to regularly update and communicate with all stakeholders and function as a supportive, productive, positive team.- Feedback QC team members work via regular reviews,and discuss with Quality manager recommendations .
