Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

- Shift Schedule: 7AM to 4PM Philippine Time
Develop and Implement Testing Plans:
Create detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.Conduct Testing:
Perform various types of testing, such as functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing, to identify defects and ensure quality.Identify and Report Issues: Document and report defects, inconsistencies, and issues found during testing. Work with development teams to prioritize and resolve these issues.
- Verify Fixes: Retest resolved defects to ensure that issues have been addressed and that no new issues have been introduced.
Maintain Quality Standards:
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and internal quality benchmarks.Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide feedback on quality and usability. 13th month pay guarantee (paid every December)- 15 days annual paid vacation leaves (accrual)
