Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in test planning and test design.(Non-negotiable)

• Must have

supervisory/managerial role experience. (Non-negotiable) Must have experience in Manual Testing. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience in Automated Testing. (Non-negotiable)

Exposed to different software testing methodology. (Non-negotiable)

• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle.

(Non-negotiable) Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills as a must.(Non-negotiable)

Nice to have experience with banking applications or packaged applications.

Job Description

• Design and execute test plans on software applications and computer systems

Record and document results and compare to expected results

• Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected

Document issues and maintain them in an issues log

• Work with infra team to setup and operate test environments

Work with development team to properly plan for code (and code fixes) migration against the progress of test activities

• Analyzes project requirements

Performs a product risk assessment based on requirements

• Identifies and analyzes risks

Establishes test strategy and complex test approach

• Plans for staffing, capacity planning

Pay: Php80,
