Job Title: Senior Python Engineer

As a Senior Python Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that drive our fintech services. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to build scalable and robust systems, ensuring the highest level of performance and security.
Lead the development and maintenance of our core Python-based applications and services.- Design and implement backend services that integrate with various financial systems and data sources.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature specifications and build the next generation of fintech products.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems through effective design and implementation of well-constructed and efficient code.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge by sharing best practices and innovative solutions.- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and incorporate them into our tech stack where beneficial.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.
Proven experience in building scalable and secure web applications and APIs.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).- Knowledge of fintech ecosystems, accounting, tax, and financial data standards is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
