Job description1) Call corporate companies daily in high volume to participate as paid delegates for our conferences from both local & international.
2) Be responsible for recruiting and managing domestic buyers, importers and distributors in Philippines to attend meeting with international exporter companies
3) Identify clients needs, maintain the relationship (mostly with senior positions) & increase the revenue with existing clients, deal with day-to-day clients requirement.
4) Search and evaluate new prospects, build up company database, market research and develop relationship with potential clients in order to expand the customer network and company's market share in local industry.
5) Closely coordinate with the Asia Events Group international team for recruiting buyers as well as reaching out to Philippines exporters to participate in our events.
6) Closely coordinate with Operation Department in all operations matters and with Marketing Department in promotional activities, coordinate with Finance team for timely and correct invoicing.
7) Analyse the event's success and prepare reports, monitor after-sales services, compile and analyse sales figures for regional sales report.
8) Marketing our events activities etc.
9) Directly report and assist Philippines Country Manager in various matters of sales & buyers recruitment and any requirements related to Asia Events Group projects.
10) Occasionally required to visit relevant physical exhibitions in Philippines to approach new & existing clients and travel overseas while coordinate hosted buyers from Philippines .
11) Recruit and assist to coordinate Philippines exporter companies to join trade delegations and business matching events
1) Good command of written & spoken in English and Tagalog.
2) University diploma, major in mass communication or marketing.
3) Two (02) year experienced in sales position (Telesales & F2F)
4) Two (02) year experienced of cold-calling in events, conferences & exhibitions sales.
5) Experience in marketing will be an added advantage
6) Strong customer-centric skills
7) Strong interpersonal skills, presentable
8) Able to work under high pressure to achieve personal goals
9) Target oriented
