Senior Product Manager - Card Platform

As a Product Manager, you'll be leading the charge in shaping Maya's credit payment solutions within the dynamic landscape of the Philippines Fintech industry.

What you will do:

Credit Payment Portfolio Management: Direct the development and management of our payment portfolio tailored to the unique needs of the Philippine consumer market. Utilize customer insights to refine and expand our payment offerings.

Payment Systems Management: Utilize your expertise in payment systems to streamline processes and features related to payment issuance, account management, and transaction tracking. Manage the engineering roadmap to ensure timely updates and enhancements.

Payment Card Personalization: Oversee the intricacies of payment card personalization processes, ensuring seamless production and customization of Maya payment cards. Manage relationships with personalization bureaus and logistics partners.

Scheme Partner Engagement: Effectively manage relationships with scheme partners, such as Visa and Mastercard, to ensure alignment with industry standards and leverage partnerships for product enhancements.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in credit payment product management, with a focus on card management systems, card embossing, and scheme transaction processing.
• Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, and managing credit payment products, particularly with hands-on experience in card issuance processes. High proficiency of AGILE development methodologies.
• Preferably with an understanding of financial services operations, regulations, and industry-specific challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
