Role Overview:

The Senior Product Design Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of home storage and organization products at Folden Lane. Your responsibility is to translate trends and data into tangible products that set new market standards, working closely with our global team to bring visionary concepts to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate market trends and internal insights into innovative product designs.
• Manage the design process from concept to final approval, including sketching, 3D modeling, blueprinting and rendering.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather insights, ensuring designs meet market and business needs.
• Develop presentation materials and communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Oversee product specifications, ensuring alignment with design intent and operational feasibility.
• Maintain active engagement with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth development processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design and development, with a focus on home furnishings.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
