Senior Procurement Services Manager (Property Management)

• Establishes long-term and strategic procurement planning objectives, drive innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on awareness of sustainable and diverse suppliers.
• Develops, communicates, and manages the execution of sourcing and procurement strategies to support program, business line, and client goals and objectives.
• Manages business line's annual procurement budget and supplier base of suppliers.
• Analyses commodity and service requirements of the business line and potential client requirements. Creates requests for proposals (RFP) and reviews bids. Creates contracts, negotiates commercial and contract terms, and implements services.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with suppliers. Develops and implements nationwide strategies to optimize contract negotiations, contract renewals, invoicing, compliance, and assurance and conducts visits to evaluate supplier performance. Resolves supplier disputes.
• Leverage the JLL procurement platform including processes, systems and technology to deliver best practice.
• Serves as principal liaison between JLL and client sourcing, procurement, and risk management
• Prepares monthly reports to the Business Line Head
• Manages and reports on related program KPI's and metrics.
• Provides support, coaching, and leadership of other sourcing and procurement associates throughout the Business Line
• Participates directly or indirectly, and supports corporate regional sourcing initiatives and processes.
