JOB SUMMARY_
The PE Head is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling all the activities of Process Engineering to produce products and services according to corporate standard of productivity and quality, and in conformance with customer specifications and delivery schedule, at minimum cost. Manages all aspects of Process Engineering, which includes product set-up, debug, qualification and improvement processes, productivity and quality.

EDUCATION_
Preferably engineering graduate or equivalent with management background.

EXPERIENCE_
3 5 years technical experience in electronics assembly plant, with an equal length of experience in handling people at least on a supervisory level.
