POSITION SUMMARY:
The Principal Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and comprehensive NetSuite implementation services to our clients.
The Principal Consultant must collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, architect solutions, and lead implementation projects to successful completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on leveraging NetSuite to optimize business operations and achieve strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
Solution Architecture
- Design comprehensive NetSuite solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, project plans, and deliverables in collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Provide strategic recommendations for system configuration, customization, and integration to maximize value and efficiency.
Project Leadership
- Lead NetSuite implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Effectively manage project resources, including consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Technical Expertise
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules and functionalities to meet client requirements.
- Develop and implement SuiteScripts, workflows, and integrations to extend NetSuite capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on NetSuite features, updates, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in NetSuite implementation and support processes.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications/ Training
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Information Systems/ or related field. (Master's degree is an added advantage)
- Has taken NetSuite certification(s) like SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Consultant.
- Experience
- Has a strong background in NetSuite implementation, configuration, customization, and integration,
- Has a proven track record of successfully leading complex NetSuite implementation projects
- Has experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteCloud Platform.
