- Assist in the preparation of project budget estimates and track project expenditures against budget.
- Perform what-if analysis to evaluate the impact of potential changes or delays on project timelines.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that project milestones meet quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings and provide planning insights and updates as needed.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support change management processes by assessing the impact of scope changes on project schedules and budgets.
- Analyze historical project data to inform future planning and decision-making processes.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
