Your Role:
As a Payroll Officer, you will:
- Support the end to end payroll function, including monthly internal payroll, weekly contractor payroll, and consultant commissions
- Support the administration of the payroll data to ensure our processes are correct, the data tables are maintained, and the data reconciles on a rolling YTD basis
- Ensure all pay-runs are prepared with accuracy, all backup information is saved, and all required reports are produced and saved
- Support the preparation and processing of payroll month end, ensuring payroll data reconciles YTD
- Support preparation and processing payroll creditors such as PAYG and Superannuation
- When required upload pay-runs and payroll creditor payments to the banking platform for payment
- Assist in reconciling all payroll related GL accounts each month
- Assist in reconciling and execution of payroll year end within the required timeframes
What You Need:- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll administration
- Degree in Accounting/Managerial Accounting or related field
- Amenable to work in Eastwood in a hybrid setup
