Description:
The
Senior Payroll & Operations Specialist - Asia aims to provide support to the Operations Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead and help in CXC Asia Payroll and Operations Processes. As a Senior Specialist, this role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations across other Shared Services accounts. The position is expected to possess extensive experience in payroll processing, operations management and deep understanding of compliance standards.
What you will be doing:
- Implement and optimize payroll and operational processes to enhance efficiency
- Reconcile payroll - related accounts and resolve discrepancies on time
- Review and audit operational processes, ensuring legislative compliance and internal reporting to align with best practice protocols
- Help to develop and implement robust resource allocation plan to ensure key deliverables are meet

Skills and Experiences:
What are we looking for
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Applications
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/financial management/Banking or equivalent
- Preferably 3 to 5 years solid experience.
- Experience in payroll across the Asia region is a significant advantage
- In depth knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations and compliance standards across Asia Region
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
