A Senior Operations Manager oversees the overall performance and service delivery across multiple business units. They are responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Operations Managers, ensuring operational efficiency, driving service excellence, and aligning operations with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a strong leader focused on performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
TASKS:
Lead and Mentor Operations Managers
- Directly manage and mentor Operations Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they lead their teams effectively and meet key business objectives
- Foster a high-performance culture, promoting top-tier service delivery and continuous improvement
Drive Service Excellence:
- Lead initiatives focused on enhancing service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Implement and monitor internal processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute operational strategies that align with the company's broader goals, ensuring long-term success and scalability
Team Development & Training:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams by providing continuous coaching and professional development
- Ensure all team members, including upper management, are fully trained and equipped to perform their roles at the highest level
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze and oversee the department's performance, using data-driven approaches to track KPIs and ensure continuous development
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with all functions of the business to ensure seamless operations, driving collaboration and synergy across departments
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager
- Experience working remotely is Highly Preferred
- Excellent Interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships quickly, fostering respect and influence with key clients or internal business contacts.
- Ready to handle a myriad of tasks depending on business needs
- Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral)
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Systems and GSuite
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a focus on flawless execution and attention to detail
- US Healthcare Experience is a Must
- Medical experience is preferred
