We are seeking a Senior Nutanix Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Nutanix Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Nutanix infrastructure solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include architecting Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) solutions, optimizing performance, ensuring high availability, and providing expert-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions tailored to meet client requirements, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, develop technical solutions, and deliver projects on time and within budget.- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of Nutanix clusters to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
Provide guidance and technical leadership to junior engineers, imparting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to Nutanix infrastructure, including storage, networking, and virtualization layers, and implement effective solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Nutanix and HCI, and evaluate their applicability to our clients environments.- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to evaluate new products, features, and integrations that enhance our Nutanix offerings.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or Nutanix Certified Advanced Professional (NCAP) certification preferred.- Extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments.
Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Strong understanding of storage, networking, and server technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
