Job Description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and providing strategic recommendations for Meta ad campaigns based on data trends. This role requires a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM, and the ability to build detailed reports to track paid media trends. The ideal candidate will have experience working with e-commerce clients and be confident in making proactive campaign adjustments to drive business results.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

The Role:

  • Launch and manage new Meta ad campaigns from scratch, including A/B testing of ads and ad sets to determine success factors.
  • Independently optimize Meta campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other metrics.
  • Provide clients with proactive recommendations for campaign optimizations and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on common Meta ads challenges, identifying and communicating what is and isn't working to clients.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel or Google Sheets reports for daily, weekly, and monthly client updates, utilizing formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables.

The Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Meta ads, including setup, optimization, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in calculating and analyzing ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other essential paid media metrics.
  • Expertise in building comprehensive reports in Excel or Google Sheets to track real-time and long-term paid media trends.
  • Proven ability to interpret Meta ads data, make strategic recommendations, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience monitoring and optimizing ad spend budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with a focus on data-driven budget allocation adjustments.

The Compensation:

  • 55,000 to 95,000/month
