A senior mechanic typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Performing preventive maintenance procedures on vehicles to ensure they run smoothly
Troubleshooting mechanical problems in vehicles, equipment, or machinery- Diagnosing problems in vehicles, engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, electrical systems, etc. and recommending solutions
Maintaining inventory of parts and supplies needed to perform repairs
- Performing minor repairs, such as replacing brake pads, oil changes, tire rotations, replacing filters, etc.
Installing new parts into vehicles as needed- Secure assigned vehicle at all times during trips to prevent pilferage and/or loss;
With knowledge as
Hydraulic hose technician- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education, certifications, or experience is generally preferred.
Preferably at least 1-2 year(s) course in Automotive or Mechanical Technology or any related course.
- With any 1 year relevant experience.
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8-5PM
