GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:The Senior Mechanic shall:
Lead the Service Team in executing the Job Orders of the Workshop and Field Service mechanics/technicians, including but not limited to:
A. directly executing/guiding the service teammates in the complex troubleshooting, repair works, and other servicing activities for all equipment supplied by the Company
B. hands-on training of mechanics, technicians, and service trainees
C. assigning, controlling, monitoring, and supervising the tasks of service team members
D. specifying the correct tools, equipment, and materials for the service jobs assigned
E. evaluating the risks involved in the service jobs and implementing the necessary safety procedures prior to, during the entire work execution, until completion
F. regular monitoring / coordination with all concerned parties, to ensure that service works are properly executed, and all related issues and concerns are pro-actively addressed to attain on-time work completion
