Your Role
- Manage the accurate and timely creation or update of Global material master data views for Finished goods/trading goods Adhesives, including Basic Data 1-2, Classification, Unit of Measure (UOM), real substance linking, and Asia Pacific (APAC) Industrial Business (IB) Product Maintenance
- Lead the handling of mass uploads, performing quality checks, raising tickets, and confirming correct uploads
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of Master Data while facilitating coordination with the Adhesive Business
- Generate master data downloads/reports and conduct necessary clean-up activities as requested by the business
- Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing data management procedures; Fulfill all other assigned tasks and activities in alignment with defined quality goals
- Keep Team Lead informed of any required process manual updates to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain and update essential files for monitoring purposes, such as the master data tracker and regular documentation archives
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, or other relevant courses
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in Master Data; Preferably with Master Data Packaging
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel is required; Skills in VBA, Macros, SAP or other accounting system is highly preferred
- Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage
- Must be proactive, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
- Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
