Your Role
- Conducts meetings, trainings, teleconference calls, and chat sessions with different Henkel counterparts
- Lead projects and process migrations for International Packaging Specification (IPAS) Adhesives
- Provide second-level support for daily processing of IPAS Adhesives requests
- Offer training to users and new team members
- Generate reports for Regional and Global teams
- Assist the Team Lead in maintaining up-to-date process documentation
- Perform other tasks as directed by the manager
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering or other relevant courses
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in Master Data maintenance and Reporting ; Preferably for Global material master data for Packaging
- Advanced knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft Office Excel required; Skills in VBA, Macros, SAP, Azure platform for machine learning or other accounting system is highly preferred
- Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage
- Must be proactive, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
- Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
