Role Summary
Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to help scale their campaign execution, automation, and reporting. This is a great opportunity to help further build the marketing operations function in a fast-paced startup-like environment. You'll work within a team that rolls up to the Chief Operating Officer, with an ability to make a direct impact on the business with plenty of hands-on experience in a marketing automation platform (Pardot), Salesforce, and other RevOps tools (like LeanData, Chili Piper, and SalesLoft).
This role focuses on a few main areas: day-to-day campaign operations execution, lead flow
orchestration, top-of-funnel KPI reporting, ownership of the company's marketing technology strategy and day-to-day operations, and marketing automation analysis, ensuring processes are optimized, leads are being routed accurately, and lead conversion metrics are tracked towards target benchmarks as a result of marketing influence. You'll work closely with demand generation, partner marketing, customer marketing, sales, and business development representative teams to map out the ideal market operating price (MOP) processes and build automation to support their campaign and initiative goals.

Essential Functions
- Evangelize the company's marketing best practices and stakeholder processes
- Review existing forms, lists, and nurture programs for accuracy and performance improvements
- Build best-in-class reporting on marketing data like campaign attribution, campaign ROI, lead funnel conversion rates, sales-marketing SLA adherence, and more
- Serve as a vocal advocate for process improvements with a focus on thoughtful change management
- Build forms, form handlers, nurture programs, emails, and email templates
- Build Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Build automation to accomplish campaign and initiative goals
- Serve as the primary Pardot admin, including email compliance and database management
- Document MOP's internal processes
- Report to the Revenue Operations organization
- Work with a passionate and dedicated revenue operations team that is committed to serving operational excellence and having fun while doing it
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Ops, and Data Ops
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
- 3+ years marketing operations experience in the B2B space (SaaS experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience tracking campaign results
- Hands-on experience working with a B2B lead generation process, including lead stages
- Experience managing other marketing technology tools
- A depth of experience working in a MAP (marketing automation platform)
- Knowledge of campaign management from a process and automation perspective
- Familiar with multi-touch attribution models and best practices
- Excited about collaborating on marketing processes to drive great marketing outcomes
- Hands-on, day-to-day experience in the administration of a major marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred)
- Salesforce experience from a marketing user perspective, plus building reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics (when it comes to emails and landing pages)
- A special love of flowcharts
