Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager (CRM) is responsible for building customer loyalty through acquisition, retention, and recovery activities. This role focuses on strategizing CRM loyalty programs and campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention. The position involves leveraging member data and insights to form lifecycle and loyalty programs and working with Trading to establish joint KPIs for measuring success.
Responsibilities:
Strategize CRM Loyalty Programs and Campaigns:
Develop and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Create and oversee loyalty and retention campaigns tailored to specific customer segments.Program Direction and Implementation:
Provide clear direction and oversee the implementation of CRM programs.
Ensure that programs are effectively executed to meet strategic objectives.
Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize member data and insights to develop lifecycle and loyalty programs.
Design and implement targeted member promotions, segmentation, redemption strategies, and high-value member retention initiatives.Collaboration with Trading:
Work with Trading to establish joint KPIs for measuring success within categories and suppliers.
Elevate CRM initiatives into profitable programs for the company by aligning goals with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM and loyalty program management.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Trading and suppliers.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
