The primary role of the Senior Marketing Manager is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Job Description:
- Leads and directs the Marketing Department, including digital marketing, brand management, advertising, communications, and creative teams.
- Develops and leads execution of annual marketing plan that details all strategies and initiatives for the whole year focused on meeting company objectives and with good alignment and collaboration with cross-functional departments (e.g. Sales, Finance, Logistics, etc.),
- Oversees the marketing budget and ensures to delivers all marketing activities are within the agreed and approved budget
- Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including print, digital, social media, email, and events.
- Conducts market research to identify market requirements for current and future products.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other Business related course.
- Proven experience as a marketing leader with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in brand building, product management, advertising, and/or effective marketing campaign in high-end skincare or cosmetics industry.
- Must have previous work experience in electronics company/ies.
- Must have extensive experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Must be creative, confident, thorough, dynamic, and have leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven ability to oversee all marketing, graphics, advertising/media-related activities.
- Willing to work onsite in Manila Office, 9am to 6pm.
