JOB FUNCTIONZONE SUPPORT
Provide operational support to the zone based on constant monitoring of requirements
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- TRACK ZONAL SALES
Track sales progress of the zone & provide the Selling Department Managers reports that analyse reasons for variances with recommended corrective actions
- CASCADE ZONAL OFFERS
Cascade new offerings & special promotions to the Selling Department Managers of the branches & recommend sales catch up plans as needed
- SUPPORT LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS
Coordinate with branches in the zone to fulfil specific logistical requirements (inventory transfers, staff reassignments & temporary deployments)
- CONTROL ZONAL OPEX
Monitor & control the expenses vs. approved budget of the zone (also direct the annual budgeting process to ensure that all cost items are planned)
- DEVELOP MANAGERS
Coach & evaluate Selling Department Managers based on given set of business standards & goals; perform yearly individual training needs analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
