The Sr. Sales Operations Manager Kits, Philippines will be responsible for leading PV system (which consists of PV modules, inverters and energy storage systems) sales operations duties in Philippines regions. He/she will maintain close relationships with various business units like production & sales to continuously improve how operations support customers for Kits product (PV modules, Inverters & BESS)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization or department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize performance.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a positive culture.
- Develop resource allocation strategies to ensure optimal utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular process reviews, analyze data, and implement improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction, productivity gains, and quality enhancements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance.
- Implement corrective actions and improvement plans based on performance analysis.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or related field.
- 5 years of experience in with at least 2 years of experience in leading a team.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements
- Ability to communicate complex and nuanced problems.
- Energy Industry (Renewable Energy) a plus
