Asurion is looking for an exceptional HR leader to drive the development and implementation of the HR Strategy in support of our Customer Solutions Operations organization. This role requires a progressive, innovative, and customer obsessed Human Resources Leader who will partner with a Senior Operations leader with oversite and leadership of 4 or more 500+ person technology contact center located across the US.
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is responsible for leadership and development of a team of HR Business Partners. The role will also serve as consultation to contact center leaders and employees at all levels related to: Workforce Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Talent Strategy, and Organizational Development.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organization diagnosis, solution design and management of change initiatives
Develop retention and engagement strategies for the client group utilizing survey data and other human capital metrics to inform plan
Partner with training & development teams to shape and implement leadership development interventions for the client group
Lead or support annual workforce planning, including providing internal client-specific requirements related to recruiting
Lead or support the deployment of the annual process: Performance Management, Rewards/Compensation, Talent Management
Manage operational client-specific measurement and reporting for priority people and organization performance metrics
Manage headcount requests and approval process and works with recruiting to support candidate selection, as requested/directed
Lead or support transformational organizational change within client group
Handles escalated employee relations issues not addressed by the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) or Employee Relations (ER) team, which may include issue resolution, employee and management counseling, and performance improvement as needed
Set direction, vision, and prioritization of work for team of HR Business Partners
Career and professional development planning and support for team of HR Business Partners
Represents the Customer Solutions Operations function in HR planning sessions and initiatives
Manages projects or participates as a team member for selected function-specific or multi-function HR initiatives
What You'll Bring to the Team:
BS or BA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
Minimum 5 years in an HR leadership role with experience in supporting senior leaders in the areas of talent strategy, workforce planning, change management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
Minimum 3 years related experience in supporting an Operations team with large non-exempt population
Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting
Ability to successfully navigate through conflict while ensuring effective relationships remain intact
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and data analysis
Ability to think on your feet, and deal with ambiguity and changing business needs in a high volume, fast paced environment
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve resultsDemonstrated record of accomplishment in the following areas:
