ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time Senior Manager for Management Advisory Services role at Infinnum Inc. located in Ortigas, Pasig, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving operational excellence, and managing people and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee work plans, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and delivering on agreed-upon procedures.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and client engagements.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Financial Management
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing teams of 5-8 people.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines and work in a hybrid environment.
