What you will do
Drive 100% system driven planning and ensure utilization of SAP/APO/IBP functionality for the Planning Team and maintain required integration as systems are updated / modified
Ensure master data accuracy, including building and review Collaborative Demand Plan that synchronizes Supply & Demand
Define and determine what if scenario planning & analysis (especially Homecare)
Timely communication to cross functional teams on supply gaps to address the demand needs
Deliver the Grids, including NPD, and managing product transitions
Lead SKU simplification, develop and communicate inventory management strategy
Review and Track Monthly CS&L KPI Performance , namely inventory, service level, demand plan accuracy, SKU productivity, slob, SKU Sold & SKU Productivity
Budget/LE process Work with Local Finance and Division CS&L to determine inventory budget/LE level and SKU Count, SKU Sold & SKU Productivity projection
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Logistics /any related field
At least 10 years in Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain experience with functional/ technical knowledge of Planning: Demand, Supply, preferably both
Strong organizational, project management and coordination skills
Advanced analytical skills with ability to mine and interpret data
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
