About The Role
In this opportunity as Senior Manager, Content Operations, you will:
- Lead team of managers and high level individual contributors to ensure production deliverables and operational requirements are seamlessly met
- Serve as leader of innovation and supporting change management. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and simplification to maximize resources and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work with all areas of the organization to determine, analyze, acquire, supply and verify informational data for a specific product(s) and or content set(s).
- Work with groups to define a budget to deliver against the roadmap. Assesses scope of content initiatives to determine if adequate resources are available or if funding is required.
- Motivate, support and develop people leaders and individual contributors to enhance and maintain the ability to adapt to the changing requirements of a continuously evolving business environment.
- Collaborate throughout the product life cycle providing insight, guidance and support. Communicates effectively with other teams and departments, locally and globally, sharing knowledge at all times and adopting best practices.
- Coach, train and develop staff within their group including providing direct feedback on performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Participate in performance management process, including compensation planning, of assigned teams/ span of control; provides input on promotional decisions.
- Champion org-wide efforts that extend beyond assigned area or location. Partner with other people managers and leaders to improve operational effectiveness across Primary Law.
- Focus on talent improvement, career development, build next level leadership layer. Build and implement strategies to limit attrition with focus on retention of critical and high performing employees.
About You:
You're fit for the role of Senior Manager, Content Operations if you have:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in content management, content strategy, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams in a competitive industry.
- Solid project management skills, adept at leading complex, multi-faceted content initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate strategies and visions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in change management and the ability to lead teams through transitions.
