Collates data, analyzes, prepares reports and presentation materials on the different initiatives and programs of the department for both internal and external use.
Collaborates with the different departments in Health Network Management and divisions of Maxicare in general for program implementation; develops, aligns and implements practices to optimize efficiency, increase scalability, manages risks, and deliver a highly delightful clientele experience for all stakeholders
Ensures that the program processes are efficient, easily scalable, and with manageable risks.
Recommends and implements data-driven programs, strategies and controls to reduce utilization and ensures alignment to the corporate objectives.
Recommends and implements data-driven process improvements that are in alignment with the Corporate Strategic Plans; Collaborative that support the Corporate Vision, Mission, Values, and Quality Philosophy; helps build and enhance the brand image; supports Business Continuity Programs, Resource Planning and Change Management; and ensures the efficient and compliant delivery of all contracts and services
