We are looking for a Senior and Lead Integration Engineer who will help lead in both software development and system integration practices and in the growth of the team and of the business.

- Project and Software Development/Integration
- System Integration supports multiple technologies.
- Design and validate technical solutions in the integrated environment.
- Software development, business analysis, solution design, and testing.
- Implementation of new and maintenance of existing functionality.
- Independent delivery of complex solutions.
- Development based on guidelines and standards.
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality.
- Manage a team of developers by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities through mentorship.
- Ensure that deliverables are within the work effort estimate, cost, and quality.
- Participate in the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Document the project into systems and processes for management review.
Team Development
- Career advisor role to junior members.
- Work closely with team members.
- Support team members with other project activities.
- Coaching of team members.
- Active contribution to the build-up of the new team.
- Active contribution to Synpulse growth in software development through initiatives, tools development, and process improvement.
Business Development
- Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
- Support project proposals and initiatives.
- Support the success of a workstream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submission.
You:
- Passionate and experienced with applied experience in Software Development and Systems Integration.
- Have applied experience in Java, Javascript, Spring Framework, Microservices/ RESTful Webservices, ORM, and RDBMS (JPA/Hibernate, Oracle, Postgres, Liquibase)
- Have applied knowledge in insurance systems and willingness to learn banking systems.
- Excited about Cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
- Have applied knowledge of Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery.
- Used to Agile Software Development practices.
- Can explain well technical information to clients.
- Analytical, structured, and has an efficient way of working.
- Can fluently speak and write in English.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
