About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, particularly within the renewable energy or related sectors. This role will focus on developing and executing effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients, contributing to the overall growth of the client.
What you'll do
Develop and execute strategic lead generation plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the renewable energy sector.
Utilize various channels such as email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative methods to generate leads.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead qualification and conversion rates.
Conduct thorough research on potential leads and industries to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation metrics, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline status.
Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance in lead generation activities.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads that result in closed sales.
Proficient in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage potential clients.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and market trends is a plus.
