Manages the performances of all legal personnel.- Oversee the effective and efficient delivery of services of the legal department.
Manages legal representation of the business on all corporate matters.
- Provides Significant input in the development and implementation of legal compliance policies and procedure.
In charge with the cross-functional team leaders with legal advice through all corporate transactions.- Identifies legal issues within the business .and provides legal analyses and possible legal solutions.
Gives recommendations for addressing critical legal and policy issues in order to ensure that the business's legal and overall objectives are met.
- Prepares various complex contracts and develops and documents standard terms and conditions for the business's consumer.
Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)- Implement proper documentation of each projects and/or cases other Legal Department.
Ensure that function of Legal Department is properly executed through hands on participation and management.
- Implement and monitor the cost saving activities of Legal Department.
* Other task may be assigned from time to time by the management.
