As a Senior IT SysOps professional at InfiniVAN, Inc.,
you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our complex IT infrastructures. Your expertise in systems administration, automation, and troubleshooting will ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems, critical to the telecommunications services we provide. You will proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to our IT systems, including security vulnerabilities, ensuring data integrity, and implementing disaster recovery measures. Moreover, you will contribute to the enhancement of our operational efficiency by streamlining IT processes, reducing downtime, and improving overall reliability.
Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of OSS/BSS applications and other computer systems/platforms, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.- Involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, definition of workflows and procedures, active participation in systems integration and testing, as well as facilitating knowledge transfer and conducting user training sessions.
Implement and maintain automation tools and processes to streamline IT operations and enhance efficiency.
- Implement security measures and protocols to protect sensitive data and mitigate cyber threats.
Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the IT infrastructure.
Proven experience of at least 7 years IT Operation, system design and systems analysis, and background in programming.
- Experience in Linux, networks, server management, systems monitoring, and Virtualization
Background in Programming and can understand UML, database design, process flow, API, and algorithms- Experience in ticketing, billing, project/task management, and payment gateway system
Can do technical documentation and presentation/user training
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, with experience in implementing security controls and protocols.
