We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Organization Change Manager to lead transformative initiatives within our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational change strategies, ensuring seamless transitions during technology implementations, and maximizing adoption of new IT systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the change process.- Collaborate with IT leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders to assess change readiness and identify potential risks and challenges.
Design and deliver effective communication and training programs to promote awareness and understanding of IT changes among employees.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Anticipate resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate barriers and drive acceptance of new technologies and processes.- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our change management processes.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in leading complex IT change management initiatives, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
