Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in the BPO industry.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, with proficiency in troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are preferred.- Experience working with BPO companies like Teleperformance or Concentrix is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure at our Mandaluyong site, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.- Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Train and mentor junior IT support staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
