The Role
As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for people management, project management and excellence and continuous improvement of the sub-groups within the Manila Investments team.
People Management
Monitor the performance of direct reports and provide feedback on a regular basis
Complete the performance evaluation of each direct report as required under the HR/Talent and Reward system
Encourage colleagues engagement and participation in company and team activities and initiatives
Contribute to the development of subject matter expertise within the group
Project and Resource Management
Ensure timely delivery of reports and other deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations at a minimum
Perform review of reports, ensuring that output and processes adhere to Willis Towers Watson's excellence standards and procedures
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations proactively and anticipate and address issues in a timely and effective manner
Ensure processes are documented correctly and completely at all times
Excellence and Continuous Improvement
Encourage group members to continuously look for ways to innovate and improve on processes
Identify continuous improvement initiatives and work with the appropriate teams to implement these
Others: Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Performance Objectives
Clients take ownership of reports and build strong relationships with other teams
Financial/Business KPIs accurate and timely submission of time and expense reports; monitor revenue and billed hours
People build strong relationships across various teams and support colleagues to create a good working environment
Operational Excellence and Innovation implement Operational Excellence in all programs and adhere to client, local and international compliance requirements
The Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance or equivalent; with at least five years of relevant work experience
Solid experience in managing projects and clients, and in people management
Proven effective oral and written communication skills in business English
Ability to work on own initiative when required, as well as in a team
Confidence to liaise with people at all levels in a variety of roles, locations and functions
Ability to influence direct reports, peers and superiors especially during times of ambiguity
Detail and results orientated, with a logical and analytical method of working
Good organisation and time management skill, with a proven ability to handle a variety of assignments and meet tight deadlines
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook, and an interest in enhancing these skills
Desire to work in the investment industry
