Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Internal Auditor at Healthway Philippines located in Makati. The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting process and sometimes financial audits, preparing audit reports, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. While the role is primarily location-based, some remote work is acceptable.

Special Consideration: current fieldwork requirements may require auditor to spend majority of work weeks in Batangas and Laguna.

Qualifications

• Audit Reports proficiency
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare quality and safety audits
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance especially DOH requirements
• Certification in internal auditing or related field in healthcare quality and safety audits is a plus
