As a Senior Integration Technical Support Analyst, you will help our customers resolve their questions and issues regarding both our internal and external software product integrations through phone, chat, and email. The most successful person in this role is warm, friendly, and likes assisting others. This isn't a call center job - you will collaborate with the customer, product engineering, product management, and senior team members to work the cases to resolution.
As your knowledge of our products and industry grows, you will make a difference with our customers, contributing to the smooth operation of their business.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or software support experience
- Work experience in a technical discipline or a related college degree
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding English communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to problem-solve by researching and troubleshooting customer questions
- Self-motivated and proactive team member who utilizes time efficiently, shares knowledge, and is receptive to others ideas
- Desire to exceed customer expectations by providing world-class customer service
- Experience implementing or supporting APIs and Web Service integrations preferred
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Boomi, Jitterbit, etc.) is a plus
- Available to work US business hours
