Evaluates vendors ATC machine parts, transmission assembly and processes according to required standard/specification of non-conformance and recommend actions and countermeasures.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supports product development and regular production by evaluating vendor and ATC machined parts including visual, dimension, hardness, micro-structure, grain flow, welding penetration, roundness, roughness, shape, material and functional test, etc.
- Analyzes evaluation results and gives interpretation using statistical presentation and recommendations.
- Conducts periodic line audits.
- Investigates problems encountered at the line due to material defect, makes analysis and recommendation and report to superior.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
- Two (2) years of working experience in a manufacturing company
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
